The Challenge
Wellness gadgets and therapy products that all sound like they're promising treatment — even when they legally can't.
Nuwelo's line — Posture Max Pro, InfraHeat Patch, ThermaWave Belt, Ear Wax Kit — sits between generic wellness gadgets and medical-looking therapy products. Both neighbours overclaim: one hides behind vague wellness fluff, the other borrows medical language it hasn't earned. Both erode trust in the category. The site inherited that voice by default.
Strategic Insight
"In a category built on overclaiming, disciplined language becomes the differentiator. 'Supports everyday comfort' does more for trust than any bigger promise the page could make."
